May or May Not Monday

May or May-Not Monday: Where you can divulge the secrets of life's mishaps without feeling like a failure. So go on... own up. I may have...

I may or may not have spent most of my week at the pool with lovely friends. So much so that I, the worshiper of sun, have been seeking shade as much as possible.

I may or may not have decided after a complaint from a little's friend about the state of the playroom every time she comes, to clean out the playroom. Seven hours later and with hours of help from the husband, nine garbage bags filled to the brim were donated to our women's shelter.

I may or may not have decided to tackle the garage this weekend after finding one too many grass spiders in my house. And by I, I mean my husband moved everything out, blew out the layers and layers of dirt and dust. Then we began the sorting and reorg process. Another car full is headed to the shelter.

I may or may not have been doing yard work with the husband and realized that there were more confiscated toys in a closet that I had absolutely forgotten about! Geez o petes. So far I've mostly gotten away with clearing out the toys without the littles' notice and declaring war on me and all that is good in getting rid of clutter.

I may or may not have been working through all eleven seasons of Fraiser. I'm almost through season ten and am shocked that I have seen every single episode before in my life. I've also realized that I spent most of the early seasons in tears from laughing so much. These later seasons, I'm lucky to laugh out loud once during the episode. There's mostly smirking. Though read that I am still very much enjoying them.

I may or may not have gotten behind of most other daily life chores do to all this decluttering. Laundry to put away, laundry to clean, laundry to fold, dishes, bags of groceries (nonperishable items) to put away that have been sitting on my laundry room floor for four days, children staying up til unreasonable night hours...
