May or May Not Monday

May or May-Not Monday: Where you can divulge the secrets of life's mishaps without feeling like a failure. So go on... own up. I may have...

I may or may not have said to my family, wow this grocery store smells awful today! Little agreed. I just couldn't pin point the source. The next day I opened my pantry and was met with the foul smell again. Pulled out the heads of garlic I purchased and they were spoiled. Rotten!! Icky icky smell.

I may or may not be thinking about breaking up with goodreads. I refuse to use apps when I can use the mobile site. It first took away my ability to leave reviews. No biggie I don't desire to leave those. But just this week my ability to rate books was taken away. Another nudge to force me into the ap. Not uh I'm not budging. I do take issue with not being able to rate books. Fours and five stars are given way too freely and generously. I like to be part of the lone reeds that make the book earn the stars, and serve as a warning to those discerning few.

Another snake skin may or may not have been discovered in a snake hole two feet from the little's play yard.

At midnight there was a huge crash in our house. I immediately assumed a little fell out of bed. They didn't. So ran back in my room to wake the husband up to investigate. He got up and I raided my weapons draw and pulled out a knife. We went downstairs. He directly to the bathroom. Me to checking the front porch for damage. Then doing a perimeter check of every room ON MY OWN. I was thinking a raccoon had found a way in the house. I found the culprit of the crash. Library books stacked far too high decided to topple. Just as I cleaned the books up the husband comes out of the bathroom and goes back upstairs directly to bed. So now I know that I need not bother asking for help during our mid night "emergencies",  I need a better weapons cache cause I'm married to a sleep walker. He had no idea any of it happened when I asked him about our night last night.

I may or may not have gotten my hair cut for the first time since April of 2015. It may have even been March. I've been trimming my dead ends myself but with the arrival of summer I knew it would be too much damage to manage from the chlorine and constant 100 temps. Much to my surprise the price had increased to $55 since then. So it's either continue with trimming my own hair or take chances at other salons. With curly hair you really can't do that - you have to have someone who can handle curls. Most can't. Most salons ruin curls. But $55 for a dry cut with no styling kills me.
