Before It Gets Freezer Burn

A while back, we're talking a half a year ago, we bought in bulk because of the stellar price cut, Alexia Organic Hashbrown bags. Not too long after that purchase, my body decided not to tolerate them any longer. Slowly, I've been making them but we still have too many left that we don't want to spoil. Searching good ol' Pinterest, I found an idea. As a reminder, I dislike step intensive cooking; like simple ingredients and high reward in taste for little work. Here's how it goes:

Heat up oven to 400*.
Pull out a 9x13 pan.
Open two bags of the hashbrowns and dump them in the pan. Separate any frozen clumps.
Pour in a container of heavy whipping cream.
Top with a hardy covering of shredded cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Cook for an hour.

Now I can't attest to the taste because I can't eat it, but all week it is the first thing my husband devours when he comes home from work. He loves it. And since half eaten casseroles don't picture so well...
