May or May Not Monday

May or May-Not Monday: Where you can divulge the secrets of life's mishaps without feeling like a failure. So go on... own up. I may have...

I may or may not have thought that it couldn't get much worse than OPB's pledge support days. It sure can, Idaho set the bar even higher. I realize now that Oregon's cheesy pledge hosts are much more palatable than Idaho's inexperienced hosts and absentee hosts' cardboard life size picture cut out presenting with the actual humans. PBS pledge campaigns are the worst. It's avoid PBS at all cost time.

I may or may not have decided to prune our plum tree. It got quite the trimming and the many large limbs went to the littles to play to their heart's delight. Reasonable thing to play with, yes?

I may or may not have not quite finished my frustrations with dealing with kindergarten sign ups. Our school system has so much pressure on the students and the parents to be the best of the best and it is very draining at times.

I may or may not have realized this week that my oldest little had no idea what a donut was. In his seven years, he had yet to experience one! He described the class birthday party treat as a sweet bun with frosting and sprinkles. It took me finding it -- more than a week later, in his backpack and realized its true identity! He brought it home to share with his brother and forgot about it.

I would be remiss if I didn't address the most unreasonable aspect of this week. Springing forward. No one likes losing an hour. Even my littles are upset about an hour of their day vanishing. I may or may not continue to advocate to absolute this nonsense. Stay sprung forward and quite messing with our sleep schedule for no necessary reason.

I may or may not have had to google whether eating too many beans could harm a person. Bean burritos are now the choice for lunch and dinner every single day.
