May or May-Not Monday: Where you can divulge the secrets of life's mishaps without feeling like a failure. So go on... own up. I may have...
I may or may not have missed my library book club two months in a row merely because it slipped my mind the day of. Fully aware the day before but completely gone the day of. Cheers to getting old or just having too much on my mind. Maybe both.
I may or may not have been looking for swimsuits and shirts for my littles at Target because they sell out way before swim season actually starts. But this is beyond reasonable: a the size M shirts and suits were completely sold out in February. February. Snow was on the ground.
I may or may not have found out that our community sits above a fault line. I suppose that’s only natural since we live in the foothills (mountains for east coasters) and those mountains grew from something , but still that would have been a nice disclosure when we bought our house. Wouldn’t have stopped us but info I’d like to have tucked away. This came up because we had very possibly a minor earthquake. Minor. I didn’t even feel it.
I may or may not have thought our outside thermometer was broken because it stayed at 16* for days. It was warmer than that but if it measured wind chill then sure. It’s working fine now so I’m thinking it had ice inside it somewhere and how.
I may or may not have been declared Doc Martin by my darling husband last night and I couldn’t deny it. If that’s not a compliment, I don’t know what is. He merely says everything I only say to my darling husband but never in polite company.
I may or may not have told the orthodontist hygienist that we don’t floss so she needn’t waste her time demonstrating. She pulled down her mask and whispered, “I don’t either!” Hahahaha!!! I knew it was a waste!
I may or may not have received a Christmas card postmarked Dec. 14th on February 26th. I kid you not. So I only received twenty cards, did yours go missing in the mail too?
